Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day leave our facility the same day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend or holiday, go out the next business day.

Standard delivery inside the United States takes 5 to 8 business days.

Expedited delivery, where offered at checkout, takes 2 to 3 business days. International delivery takes 8 to 15 business days depending on customs.

Shipping is free on every combo and on any order of two or more units. Single-item orders carry a flat handling fee shown at checkout before you pay.

Ordering for several venues? We label each stand with the location it belongs to and can either send one consolidated box or split the run across addresses. Tell us at checkout or email hello@instantreviewer.com with the address list.

A tracking number reaches you by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Once it is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control.

If a parcel arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it at no cost.

Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duty or local tax charged by your country. Those charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not collected by us.
