If the hardware does not earn its place on your counter, you should not be paying for it. Here is exactly how that works.

Run the cards or stands for 30 days. If your review count has not increased, send us your before and after totals from your Google Business Profile and we refund the order in full. You keep the hardware — shipping it back costs us both more than it is worth.
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email us first and we will send the return address; return postage is on you unless the item arrived faulty.
If a chip does not read or a stand arrives damaged, send a photo within 14 days of delivery. We ship a replacement immediately and cover all postage, or refund you if you prefer.
Email hello@instantreviewer.com with your order number and one line about what happened. Most requests are approved the same business day.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually posts the money within 5 to 10 business days of our confirmation email.
Runs of 25 units or more, and any order carrying your own branding, are produced to order. Those are covered by the results guarantee but cannot be returned simply for a change of mind.
